The story of how we were chosen to be Pratt & Whitney's Agricultural Affiliate is special to us, so we'd like to share it with you.
Pratt & Whitney had several companies in mind when they were considering choices for an affiliate in the agricultural aviation community. They decided that it would be good to listen to what the end user of their product had to say, so they entered the field and began to talk to those people who make a living depending on the PT6A engines. They asked those people for opinions about who should be named as their affiliate.
Over and over again during those conversations the name
"Covington Aircraft" was brought up as the best choice. The reason given by those asked was our customer service. In the end, Pratt & Whitney did name us as their Agricultural
Affiliate, and it was our customers who put us there.
In the short, three year life of the Covington Aircraft Turbine Engine Division, our goal has been to provide quality work and unparalleled customer service. To those of you who are current customers, we say thank you for the recognition of our efforts, our goal will remain the same. For those who are future customers, we look forward to serving you at the same level that has brought us recognition in the past. We plan to only get better!
